Dr. Brenna Lynn completed both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Science from the University of British Columbia. Brenna Lynn received a doctoral degree in Human Cardiovascular Physiology from the University of Oregon. Brenna Lynn is a trained researcher and has published in physiology and scientific journals and has presented at a number of conferences. Brenna Lynn has taught university curriculum at the undergraduate and graduate level. Throughout graduate studies she received a number of scholarships and grants for her academic and research accomplishments. Dr. Lynn has been a consultant in the field of human cardiovascular physiology and blood pressure regulation. Brenna Lynn is the Executive Director of Continuing Professional Development (UBC CPD) and leads UBC CPD in strategic planning and directs the overall program of research and educational initiatives for the division. Dr. Lynn is also an Honorary Assistant Professor with the UBC Department of Family Practice and supervises resident research projects in Medical Education. As Executive Director of UBC CPD, she leads a research program that focuses on evaluating educational effectiveness on physician performance and patient outcomes and holds funding in this area. Brenna is a member of CAME and SACME. Brenna is an avid runner and enjoys training for marathons and adores her Chocolate Labrador Retriever.
