Ms. Jaye Routledge holds a Masters of Educational Technology degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University. Ms. Routledge is an accomplished adult learning professional and consultant with expertise in project management, curriculum development, coaching and mentoring facilitators. A former Director of Impact BC, Jaye has worked with family physicians and other health professionals in the GPSC Practice Support Program and other continuing professional development initiatives.
Jaye Routledge joined UBC CPD in January 2012 as the Project Manager for the GP Initiative Stop HIV/AIDS. She manages the development, implementation and evaluation of a knowledge translation strategy to engage physicians in awareness, engagement and adopting practice change in HIV testing and collaborates with the UBC CPD team to implement other programs.
Jaye’s particular areas of interest include blending conventional and web-based delivery approaches, establishing communities of practice and implementing change management strategies to support performance improvement initiatives. Jaye also enjoys swimming, hiking and cross-country skiing.
