JoAnna Cassie moved to Vancouver nearly 3 years ago and joined the UBC CPD team shortly thereafter. She plays a dual role at CPD, working both in Conference Services and as the Accreditation Coordinator. Her interests include medical education, health promotion and health policy. A lifelong learner herself, JoAnna is currently finishing a degree in Nutritional Sciences at UBC. When she is not at work or school she can be found running, practicing yoga, at the beach or spending time with her two adorable nephews.
