Obtaining Copies of Past CPD Certificates of Attendance

Please note that our online registration system is now set up so that you can login to your account, review all recently attended courses and then download both copies of your conference receipt(s) and CME Certificates of attendance.

There options for downloading will be available for 1 year after the conference dates. You can download these files for free up until one year after the conference ends.

Once the year has passed a charge of $20.00 CAD per certificate and $20.00 CAD per receipt will be applicable.

Please email our office your request if your CME certifcates are not currently available with your online registration login.
